Bodybuilding.com Sponsored Athlete.

After years of nutrition counseling, she found her clients were always looking for an effective way to workout that would help them lose weight, but also gain lean muscle mass.

So, she created the Fit & Toned Workout Plan. The SAME workout plan that helped Nikki lose over 10 lbs and 15 inches total!

Well.. I don't want to mislead you.

Nutrition changed the game for me and I would never look or be as happy without going through my nutrition journey.

My unique approach to fitness is what changed my body's composition, aka HOW my body looks.

Before - I was the ultimate cardio bunny! 🐰

There was a time where I was running 25 miles a week to look "toned" and ended up with plantar fasciitis in BOTH of my feet.. Needless to say, I gained all the weight back and more when I stopped running.

I knew I couldn't continue the cycle and I finally broke down. I cried to my husband. I couldn't keep losing
and gaining weight over and over.
I truly hated my body and myself.

I listened to my husband's advice about weight training, which was HARD, but I'm so glad I did.

I have now built lean muscle through hard work, time, and patience, that has now allowed me to feel absolutely AMAZING in my clothes.

I couldn't be MORE proud of my journey
and where it has taken me.

Meaning you get to choose where you want to workout.

⭐️ Both are resistance based.

Meaning you will be instructed to use some sort of
resistance in the workouts, whether that is from weights, resistance bands or your bodyweight.

Abs may be made in the kitchen, but will be brought
to life with this workout!

A: This can be for a beginner or for a seasoned athlete looking for a new routine. Beginners can start out with the home program and if they'd like, progress to the gym routine.

Q: How long is the workout plan?


A: This workout plan is 1 month long and can be repeated monthly, which is something we recommend. Progressing in your fitness journey isn't about switching up your workouts, it's about continuing to challenge your body with more resistance!
